1. General provisions.
1.1. This privacy policy (hereinafter – the Terms) establishes the procedure and the principles under which the personal data of the website www.rusty.lt (hereinafter the website) and of other natural persons (hereinafter referred to as – You) are processed.
1.2. Personal data submitted on the website will be processed, stored and used in accordance with these Terms, with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and with other legal acts governing the processing, storage and use of personal data.
2. Processing of personal data.
2.1. For the purposes of selling goods, providing services, concluding and performing contracts and taking payment, we collect information about individuals, customers, potential customers, suppliers (including third-party service providers) and other interested parties.
2.2. This data may include a person’s first name, surname, email address, telephone number, address and other information necessary in order to conclude and perform a contract.
2.3. By completing the newsletter registration form you agree that the personal data you give in that form may be used for direct marketing purposes, sending you information about special offers and promotions to the email address and/or home address and telephone number you have provided.

3.1. So that we can handle your enquiries and service orders on the website efficiently and accurately, we ask you to provide data that is as precise as possible. However, we are not responsible for the processing of your data on websites belonging to third parties, nor for the privacy terms and the activities of third-party websites, even where you reach them through links on the websites of UAB “Metallum novum”. We are not responsible for the security of your data if, when logging in and registering, you use an email address whose security is the responsibility of third parties.

8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. Any disputes that arise are settled by mutual agreement. Failing agreement – in a court of the Republic of Lithuania under the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
