Frequently asked questions

Can the fire pit be used on a terrace / under a shelter?

The fire pit may only be placed in well-ventilated outdoor spaces, observing safe distances from flammable surfaces. If the terrace is enclosed or glazed, it should be treated as an “indoor space” and the fire pit should not be used.

Does the canopy fully protect the fire from rain and snow?

The canopy helps protect against precipitation, but in strong wind rain or snow can still enter from the sides.

How do I remove the ashes? How often?

The fire pit is designed for convenient ash removal. The frequency depends on how intensively you burn. Best practice: clean out when the ashes start limiting air circulation or space for logs.
